All stone walls have been permanently maintained and are in very good condition, as well as the majority of the near 15 km of roads (some paved).There are 5 wells that can render a total of around 4.000.000 lt. of water a day (165.000 lt. / Hr) 4 of which are legalized (88% of the total production). The remaining well that is not yet legalized, produces only about 12% of this total.3. Legal definitions of the land:The property is divided into 3 different classes of land:a. Natural Area of Special Interest ("ANEI") comprises a total of 263.6 hectares.b. Rural Landscape Interest Area ("ARIP") comprises 141.3 hectares, andc. General Rustic Land ("SGR") comprises the remaining 173 hectares.The law permits or prohibits the construction of one family homes and other buildings on the land according to the classification above.
