The property itself lays out almost like a 9 hole golf course. I have not farmed it so there have not been any domestic animals on it for about seven years, or so. Only the local inhabitants of moose, deer, bears, coyotes, a wolf or two and lots of rabbits and grouse have been on the land. If you were to farm it you would have to do a little work to the fields. If not, just have the hay cut or, have someone range their horses on it for the summer. Cheaper and easier. The view from your new home would be spectacular. & The electricity is at the site along with the septic lagoon. & The water line to the lake should be redone and would be a good time to replace it while the house is being built. I used rain water from the roof which led to a systern in the basement, so did not worry about the line to the lake. & Below the home is a nice year round pond. The creek running into it is seasonal.
